These standard height mounting bases are suitable for all thicknesses of photopolymer printing plates up to 1.75mm as well as 16g zincos and magnesium blocks for hot foil printing. They are precision engineered and can be used together for larger areas. Two bases will give an area approx. 12″ x 8″ (300mm x 200mm). Each base measures 201.5mm x 152.5mm (7.9″ x 6″) and is 0.849″ high (21.55mm) which is English type height (0.918″ = 23.3mm) when using 1.75mm photopolymer plates. If using thinner plates (any thickness) simply put sheets of paper under the mounting base to bring up to your required type height.
